Lead transformations that establish operating models (business & technology) cultivating Business Agility through Organizational Agility (enterprises), Lean Portfolio Management (portfolios of value streams), Enterprise Solution Delivery (experiences/solutions), Agile Product Delivery (products/services, work streams / teams of teams, and teams), and Team and Technical Agility (Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other modern practices and techniques) as well as a Continuous Learning Culture and Lean-Agile Leadership.
